Returns + Exchanges
We are delighted to offer pre-paid shipping labels for returns and exchanges of any helmets, apparel, and accessories shipped within the US. We are not able to offer free return shipping for bikes or items sold outside of the US. Unfortunately we must charge our international customers shipping for exchanges.
Customers outside of the US are responsible for paying any duties and taxes related to the delivery of their order. Please keep in mind that all prices are in USD.
Any item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. All returned or exchanged items must be received unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Bike Pretty will not refund the cost of shipping.
